- 1 tablespoon melted virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- ¼ teaspoon organic whole sugar (minimum)
- ¾ cup boiling water
To melt the coconut oil (if the room temperature is below 25oC only), swill boiling water around a mug to heat it, and then tip out the water. Swill the virgin coconut oil around in the mug and it will melt quickly. Stir in the cocoa powder and salt. Add sweetener of choice, and then pour boiling water into the cup. Stir and add cream or milk to taste.
